All Users have to take Annual HIPAA Training & Certification.
Please Note: If you have already taken a HIPAA Training and Certification and have a certificate that is “in force”, you can upload that as proof of your training. It is subject to review but should suffice.
Please review the detailed instructions below before beginning the test, remember to save your certificate, and please refer back to this page for troubleshooting tips.
- Using MS Edge or Google Chrome, go to HIPAA Training & Certification Link.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to create a profile and enroll in the course. There is no payment required for the course, that is covered by PTM.
- Click on Start New or Continue Existing session if you have done any part already.
- COMPLETE TRAINING.
- When complete, for certificate options, choose to have it emailed to you.
- Login below or at https://e.ptm.services/up
- Click the “Upload HIPAA Training & Certification” link, then Choose file and select your certificate PDF file.
- Select the “Upload File” button. (Note: You can print the pdf to paper later if necessary.)
