All Users have to take the Cyber Awareness Challenge test annually.
Please Note: If you have already taken a cyber security class and have a certificate that is “in force”, you can upload that as proof of your training. It is subject to review but should suffice.
Please review the detailed instructions below before beginning the test, remember to save your certificate, and please refer back to this page for troubleshooting tips.
- Using MS Edge or Google Chrome, go to Cyber Awareness Challenge Link.
- Click on the button “all other Users”.
- Click on Start New or Continue Existing session if you have done any part already.
- COMPLETE CHALLENGE.
- Enter your name on the form and Save the PDF presented to your computer.
- Login below or at https://e.ptm.services/up
- Click the “Upload Cyber Awareness Challenge Certificate” link, then Choose file and select your certificate PDF file.
- Type in your name and personal email in the designated fields.
- Select the “Upload File” button. (Note: You can print the pdf to paper later if necessary.)
